My recliner is a blessing: A knock on the door and there stood my then neighbour who had become one of my closest friends. Would you like, use a reclining chair nearly brand new, I have two now? You can sit on it and every now and then think of our chats. Confused I followed her into her home where her two boys were and she pointed to this beautiful electric recliner. Sit on it, I did and then I was given the remote control, test it, I did and we all laughed. See if you like it and the boys will bring it over. I love my recliner comfy and built for good posture. Not only because it fits so well into my home, but because it reminds me of this wonderful woman, who called me her bestfriend, whom I loved dearly, generous and even later in life she was thinking so much about others and I think of her often, which I know would make her smile.

Incorporating water-rich foods into your diet—such as fruits and vegetables, soups, and smoothies—can also aid in hydration. It's essential to listen to your body; feelings of thirst, dry mouth, or dark urine are indicators that you may need to increase your fluid intake.
